1. Fulfillment Timelines
Each product page lists its specific fulfillment window in the Shipping section. Standard timelines:

Timelines are estimates provided in good faith. OCEAN SAVAGE™ will notify you promptly if there is a significant delay beyond the stated estimate.
2. Production & Order Terms
- Payment is collected in full at the time of purchase.
- Production begins after order confirmation. Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
- If your estimated timeline changes by more than 2 weeks, you will be notified via the email on your order.
- Production timelines may vary due to material availability, customs, or manufacturing delays beyond our control.
3. Shipping Carriers
OCEAN SAVAGE LLC ships via major carriers including UPS, USPS, FedEx, and DHL, depending on destination and service level. Carrier selection is at OCEAN SAVAGE LLC's discretion based on the shipping address and package specifications.
4. Tracking
All orders include tracking. A tracking number will be sent to the email address on your order once your package has been dispatched. Allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after dispatch. If you have not received a tracking number within the stated fulfillment window, contact info@oceansavage.online with your order number.
5. Shipping Rates
Standard shipping rates are flat per region and shown at checkout based on your delivery address.

Important: For international orders, customs duties, VAT/sales tax, and broker fees imposed by the destination country are NOT included in the shipping rate and remain the customer's responsibility. See Section 7 below.
OCEAN SAVAGE LLC reserves the right to modify shipping rates at any time.
6. Address Accuracy
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. OCEAN SAVAGE LLC is not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, or returned due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address. If a package is returned to us due to address issues, you may be charged for reshipment. We recommend double-checking your address before confirming your order. Address changes after order confirmation cannot be guaranteed.
7. International Shipping & Customs (DDU)
OCEAN SAVAGE LLC currently ships internationally on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. This means the price you pay at checkout covers the product and the shipping fee only. Customs duties, import taxes, and broker fees imposed by the destination country are billed to you by the carrier on or before delivery, and are separate from the shipping fee.
Typical fees that may apply on top of your order:
- Customs duty / tariff: Country-specific percentage on the declared value (typically 8–15% on apparel).
- VAT / GST / sales tax: Charged on item value plus shipping. UK 20%, EU 19–25%, Australia 10%, etc.
- Customs broker / handling fee: Flat carrier fee for processing customs paperwork (typically $15–50 USD equivalent).
By placing an international order, you agree to:
- Customs duties and import taxes: All fees, taxes, and duties charged by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer. These are not included in the purchase price or the shipping cost.
- Customs delays: International shipments may be subject to inspection and delays by customs authorities. OCEAN SAVAGE LLC is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
- Import restrictions: Some products may be subject to import restrictions in certain countries. It is the customer's responsibility to verify that the product can be legally imported before placing an order.
- Refused customs / returned packages: If a package is returned due to refusal of customs payment, a partial refund (product cost minus original shipping and a 15% restocking fee) may be issued at OCEAN SAVAGE LLC's discretion. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
8. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments
OCEAN SAVAGE LLC packages all orders with care. However, once a package is handed to the carrier:
- In-transit damage: If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will work with the carrier and you to resolve the issue.
- Lost in transit: If tracking shows your package has not moved for an extended period, contact us and we will open a carrier investigation. Resolution timelines vary by carrier.
- Delivered but not received: Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, OCEAN SAVAGE LLC's delivery obligation is fulfilled. We are not responsible for packages stolen after delivery. File a claim with the carrier directly. We recommend shipping to a location where you can receive packages securely.
9. Order Changes & Cancellations After Dispatch
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, redirected, or modified. Contact the carrier directly using your tracking number to arrange held delivery, redirect, or collection.
10. Holiday & Peak Season Shipping
During peak periods (including but not limited to November–January and major sale events), fulfillment and carrier transit times may be extended beyond the standard estimates listed above. We recommend ordering early during these periods.
